"We are delighted to produce quality home-cooked meals and baking for our visitors each season. Many of our recipes are traditional family favourites gathered over many years including Ecclefechan Tart. Many of our vegetables for soups and salads, and soft fruits are sourced at the Old School Garden in Port Logan. We use chutneys and jams from Galloway Larder, seafood delivered by Ferry Fish Carsluith, ice creams from Cream O'Galloway and our non-alcoholic wines are from Carin O'Mhor near Blairgowrie. Mull of Galloway Crab Salads are always a favourite. We continue to offer our customers good value and quality all things Scottish." Bistro manager, Caroline Torrance, pictured above with her team.
Accessible toilets, tables and picnic tables available as well as baby changing facilities.
