We are committed to respecting and honouring all gifts that have been left to the Garden in Wills.

  • We will always respect that leaving a gift in your Will is your choice – and we will never pressure you to do this.

  • We affirm that your loved ones and those closest to you come first in your Will.

  • We respect your right to privacy, and appreciate that you may choose not to share your intentions with us.

  • We recognise that personal circumstances change, and that this can mean that we may be removed from your Will.

  • We pledge to use your gift in a discerning and impactful way.

  • If you intend your gift to be used in a special way, we will ensure its use is in keeping with your intentions.

  • You are welcome to let us know if you have a preference for how your legacy will support the Gardens – but are not obligated to share this with us.
