We will always respect that leaving a gift in your Will is your choice – and we will never pressure you to do this.

We affirm that your loved ones and those closest to you come first in your Will.

We respect your right to privacy, and appreciate that you may choose not to share your intentions with us.

We recognise that personal circumstances change, and that this can mean that we may be removed from your Will.

We pledge to use your gift in a discerning and impactful way.

If you intend your gift to be used in a special way, we will ensure its use is in keeping with your intentions.

You are welcome to let us know if you have a preference for how your legacy will support the Gardens – but are not obligated to share this with us.
